Natural England is inviting applications for tenders to carry out a Green Infrastructure Valuation Tools Assessment. The aim of this project is to draw together and review the micro-economic Green Infrastructure (GI) valuation tools and the methods available.

This project, ‘GI – valuation tools assessment’ will draw together and review the various micro-economic GI valuation tools and methods available for identification and quantification of the ecosystem services/benefits provided and the financial cost and benefit gained from the GI. This information will be presented in a final report, providing links to the valuation tools as well as case studies demonstrating the use of the tools where available. This will publicise the existing tools creating a valuable resource for people looking to assess the value of GI.
